Birth Chemistry Classes

I really love teaching the Birth Chemistry Natural Child Birth curriculum. I have taught this course to over 60 couples over the last 3 years. Due to COVID-19 social distancing practices all classes will be taught via Zoom and supplies will be mailed to each family's home. 

 

This class covers:

- Tests and Procedures done in Pregnancy and Labor

- Comfort Measures and Pain Relief techniques

- Birth Positions, Stages of Labor, Birth Plans 

- C Sections, Epidurals and other Interventions

- Prenatal Nutrition and Exercises

- Breastfeeding and Newborn Care

7 Week Series

The next group series starts this winter on Zoom. Classes are held weekend mornings. All families are welcome including those birthing in a hospital, birth center or at home. Ideal for parents expecting in 2022. 

$295 per couple

This is the deposit for the 2022 Winter class or the deposit for a private class.  Deposits are due a week before class begins. A balance of $245 will be paid by the first class. If you need a different payment plan do not hesitate to let me know!
